Terms of using Festfixer

Festfixer (festfixer.lu) is operated by Fimbul OÜ, a private company registered in Estonia. Contact: hello@festfixer.lu.

A list of kid-friendly birthday venues in Luxembourg. For each venue we show what they offer, the age range, group sizes, indoor/outdoor, and pricing where the venue makes it public. Each listing links to the venue's own website, where you book and arrange the party directly with them.

We don't take payments. We don't guarantee availability. We don't organise the party for you. We're a directory — nothing more.

We work hard to keep venue information accurate, but venues update their prices, hours, and policies without telling us. Always confirm the final figure with the venue before committing.

If you spot something out of date, please let us know and we'll fix it quickly.

Most listings on Festfixer are based on public information from the venue's website and Google profile. The venue itself hasn't formally signed off on the listing. When that's the case, we mark the page with a small badge that says “Listing maintained by Festfixer based on public information.” If a venue prefers we remove the listing, we will, no questions asked.

Use the claim form or email hello@festfixer.lu. You can:

• Update your listing's details, prices, or photos.
• Have your listing labelled as venue-confirmed.
• Have your listing removed entirely. We'll remove it within one working day.

Anything you arrange with a venue is between you and that venue. Festfixer isn't a party to that arrangement, doesn't take payment, and doesn't guarantee availability or pricing — always confirm the details directly with the venue before committing.

We provide Festfixer “as is.” The site might have bugs, outdated info, or downtime. We do our best, but we can't promise the site is perfect or always available. Use it as a starting point, not as the final word on any venue.

Don't use Festfixer to:

• Submit fake venue claims or abuse the contact form.
• Scrape the site to rebuild a competing directory.
• Try to break, overload, or hack any part of it.

If you do, we'll block you and may report it to the authorities. Otherwise, browse away.

For how we handle your data, see the privacy policy. Short version: parents can browse without giving us anything; we only collect what venue operators send through the claim form.

We'll update this page when things change. The date at the top is the last update.

These terms are governed by the law of Estonia, the country in which Fimbul OÜ is registered. Nothing in these terms removes any consumer rights you have under the mandatory law of the EU member state where you live — including, if you live in Luxembourg, the right to bring proceedings before your local courts.
