Birthday venues for kids in Luxembourg, all in one place. The spots everyone already knows, plus the ones you might not: a farm out in the country, a pottery studio, something a bit unexpected.

What this is

We wanted to book our own child's birthday on a particular weekend. What we needed was a quick overview of the places and their availability for that weekend, but nothing like it existed.

Festfixer is the start of that. It brings most of the places worth a look in Luxembourg and just across the border into one spot, the popular ones and a few you might not know yet. Some are venues you visit; others are entertainers who come to you, at home or in a park. When one looks right for your child, the details to check are right there: ages, group size, indoor or outdoor, and price. You book directly with the venue.

Book directly with the venue on their own site, using the “Visit venue website” link on the listing.

Who's behind it

Festfixer is a small independent project run by parents in Luxembourg who got tired of organising birthdays the hard way. It's a directory: we list the places and link straight to them, so you book with the venue yourself. If you spot something wrong, an outdated price, a venue we missed, or a venue we shouldn't be listing, please reach out.

What's next

Finding the venue is the part that works today. The next piece is the date: seeing which of these venues is available on the weekend you have in mind, without chasing each one yourself. After that come the invitations and the replies. Both are still done by hand, and both are on the list. We'll build them in the order parents tell us hurts most, so if a tool would help, let us know.

FAQ

Do I book through Festfixer?

No. Festfixer is a directory, not a booking platform. Each listing links to the venue's own website, where you book and arrange the party directly with them.

Do you cover at-home entertainment?

Yes. Alongside venues, we list entertainers, magicians, mobile workshops and characters who come to you. Browse them under At home. Same idea: compare the options, then book the provider directly on their own site.

Are the prices on the site accurate?

Listed prices come from venues' own websites, often in French, German or Luxembourgish, condensed to the typical case. Variants, recent updates and our own reading errors mean what's shown can differ from what the venue actually quotes. Use these as guidance. Confirm the exact figure on the venue's own site or directly with them when you book.

Why is the site only in English?

Luxembourg's languages are Luxembourgish, French and German first, then English, and English-only doesn't reflect that. French and German are on the way. If parents ask for them, we will prioritise.

Can I add my venue?

Yes. Use the claim form with your venue's details and a short description. We'll review it and add it if it fits the directory.

How do I remove my venue from Festfixer?

Use the claim form or email hello@festfixer.lu and we'll remove it within a working day.
